1. Our approach
This website is designed for keyboard navigation, readable text, and use across desktop and mobile screens. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, and this statement is not a claim of independently audited conformance.
2. Features included
- Semantic page landmarks, a skip-to-content link, descriptive page titles, and a consistent navigation structure.
- Visible keyboard focus, labelled fields, native form validation, and status messages for search and contact drafts.
- Keyboard-operable category filters, expandable support answers, and concept dialogs that can close with Escape.
- Responsive layouts, scalable text, alternative text for meaningful imagery, and text content alongside color categories.
- Reduced-motion preferences respected for page animation and smooth scrolling.
- Local fonts and no autoplaying media or flashing content.
3. Known limitations
Concept filtering, dialogs, the compact mobile menu, and contact draft preparation require JavaScript. Without JavaScript, page content, the full concept definitions, footer navigation, and native support questions remain available.
Visual metaphor can be inherently visual. The website’s concepts include written definitions, possible symbols, and interpretations to provide context. The decorative hero artwork is described with alternative text.
This website statement does not constitute an accessibility audit of the Android app or any external service.
4. Feedback
If something is difficult to use, describe the page, the action you attempted, and any assistive technology or device involved. Choose “Accessibility feedback” on the contact page. The publisher must supply a public email before enquiries can be sent from the website.
